
OPEKS Energosystems won the tender, completed the production, delivery and commissioning of block heating units for the heating system of a manufacturing enterprise.

The OPEKS MTP automated twin block heating unit consists of two separate independent individual heating units, each of which is selected for a design capacity of 1.4 MW, which, with the simultaneous operation of two units, allows for a total capacity of 2.8 MW. Considering that the heat carrier is high-pressure steam up to 10 bar g, the design of the blocks provides for steam reduction units with separate cyclone separators of our own production OPEKS, as well as plate heat exchangers THERMAKS PTA (GL) -13 - steam condensers, also of our own production. A pumping group was installed based on KSB circulation pumps, at the request of the customer. Automation of control cabinets is based on Siemens controllers and provides for the function of weather correction of the temperature schedule of the heating system.
