Поставка трехходового регулирующего клапана Clorius G3FM-T Dn 350 для квартальной котельной

G3FM-T Control Valves are a line of three-way valves with ninety degree rotary travel to completely shut off one of the flows. An additional NBR O-ring ensures tightness, with the maximum possible leakage up to 0.5% of the flow rate. Swivel element - rigidly mounted on the stem, made of high-strength cast iron, which allows it to withstand more aggressive conditions for longer service lines. This equipment has proven itself well for regulating the flow of cold and hot water (including sea water), oils and other non-aggressive media. The control characteristic is almost linear.

The valves are used in conjunction with CAR-type actuators, or to work with pneumatic actuators. Electric drives of CAR type are available in single-phase and three-phase versions. High-quality materials ensure stationary operation at ambient temperatures from -30 to +70 degrees (150 degrees for 1 hour). Among the accessories we can offer: proportional control unit, current position converter, potentiometer, etc.

Valve connections are marked with letters: A, B and AB. The swivel element operates between ports A and B. To cover a larger range of applications, there are three valve modifications:

G3FM-TL (Left) - when the AB port is on the left;

G3FM-TR (Right) - when the AB port is on the right;

G3FM-TM (Middle) - when the AB port is on the right;

An additional feature is that each of the aforementioned types of valves can be operated both for mixing and separation of flows.

Reliability and simplicity of design allows to manufacture these valves up to diameter 800 providing kvs up to 8000 m3 / h.
