Terms of return of goods

The sale of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", therefore, we guarantee the return or exchange of goods of inadequate and proper quality within the timeframe stipulated by the law.

Conditions for the return of good quality goods

You can return or exchange a product of proper quality, provided:

  1. The presentation of the goods is preserved, the goods must be in good working order and not have mechanical damage (with the exception of manufacturing defects, if any).
  2. The consumer properties of the product are preserved.
  3. The integrity of the kit and packaging is preserved.
  4. All seals, tags, tags, labels have been preserved.
  5. The warranty card is saved.
  6. Retained sales and cash receipts, passport of goods and other documentation.

When returning the goods, we do not reimburse the costs associated with the cost of services for the delivery of goods, namely: the departure of the courier or the cost of shipment by the transport company, according to the declaration (TTN). In case of refusal from the goods, the cost of the delivery service is paid by the buyer.

Exchange and return does not apply to some good quality goods:

  • It is impossible to return or exchange used goods.
  • If the goods are included in the list of goods of good quality, the return of which is limited by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Resolution of March 19, 1994 No. 172).
  • Goods that have individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the consumer who bought it. For example, goods that are made to order or sold by the meter, as well as discounted goods, and goods sold as substandard.

Also, some products have restrictions on returns:

  • Goods sold by meter - are subject to return in multiples of packaging (coil, roll, pack).

Return or exchange of goods of inadequate quality

Upon receipt of the product, please inspect it carefully for defects, breakage and incompleteness. When accepting the goods, you check the completeness and the absence of external defects in the product. Remember that, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, you can submit claims on the appearance of the goods delivered to you only before the seller hand over the goods to you.

The risk of accidental loss or damage to the product passes to the buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to the Buyer by the Seller. After the transfer of the goods, claims for appearance, mechanical damage and packaging will not be accepted .

Replacement / return of goods with a hidden manufacturing defect (significant deficiency) revealed during operation is carried out on the grounds and within the time limits established by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

If you have any problems with the product, make sure that you fully read the instructions for using the product, including a section describing typical problems and ways to solve them on your own.

To exchange the Goods of inadequate quality, it is necessary to obtain an expert opinion, which is paid by the Buyer, on the basis of which and at the request of the Buyer, the Goods are exchanged for a similar one, or the money paid by the Buyer is returned in the manner agreed by the parties. The refund period depends on the form of the refund.

If, as a result of the examination of the goods, it is established that its defects have arisen due to circumstances for which the Seller (Manufacturer) is not responsible, the Buyer is obliged to reimburse the costs associated with the transportation and storage of the goods. Delivery of the goods to the Seller and back is carried out by the Buyer.

Exchange and return of goods of inadequate quality are not made

  • For goods damaged by the fault of the user.
  • For products that have expired the warranty period.
  • For goods that do not have technical defects and malfunctions, but for one reason or another that did not suit the buyer (insufficient information about the product, inconsistency with expectations, etc.)

The difference in design or decoration elements from those stated in the description on the site is not a malfunction or dysfunction of the product.
