Steam condensate heating unit in block design with a capacity of 5000 kW

Specialists of the OPEKS ENERGOSYSTEMY company have completed the manufacture of an individual heating station for preparing hot water, specified parameters, for the technological process of one of the industrial enterprises. Acute superheated steam with a temperature of 200 ° C is used as a heat carrier.

Condensate drain is provided by the most reliable Japanese floating float steam trap. Steam condensers are of welded type. Hot water circulation can be carried out by one or 2 pumps operating in parallel; additionally, one more pump is used as a reserve.

Hot water temperature control and pump control are automated, the control algorithm can be set using a freely programmable controller installed in the main automation cabinet.
