New high temperature seals in the Thermaks heat exchanger range
Opeks has expanded its range of seals for gasketed plate heat exchangers .
New high temperature seals AFLAS® are now available, - (tetrafluoroethylene propylene copolymer) material with good resistance to various media such as: mineral acids, alkalis, organic compounds, steam. Performance characteristics of the seals - temperature 180 C, pressure - 16 bar. Used with 0.6 mm thick plates.
Seals are available for almost all sizes of heat exchangers.
Thus, the scope in which gasketed plate heat exchangers can be used is significantly increased, since the material is more affordable in terms of price.
