Central heating station OPEKS in a mobile container

OPEKS Energosystems manufactured, delivered and put into operation a transportable central heating station (central heating station) in a container.

A separate heating station for the heat supply system of industrial premises of the OPEKS-MTP brand receives steam after the boiler room and condenses it in special steam heat exchangers THERMAKS PTA (GC) -52 with condensate subcooling. Condensate drainage is provided by Japanese Yoshitake float steam traps with a throughput at a pressure drop of only 1 bar over 10,000 kg / h, and at a pressure drop of 4 bar already over 20,000 kg / h. The control of all systems is fully automated using a freely programmable Siemens SIMATIC controller, dispatching is organized using a SCADA system, data from sensors are sent to the dispatching console, parameters and operating modes are also controlled from the dispatching room.
