Block ITP OPEX - an ideal solution for new buildings

OPEKS Energosystems won the tender, manufactured and supplied fully automated, modern heat supply units (ITP) in modular design to a multi-section residential building.

All MTP OPEKS are made on the basis of highly efficient equipment:

• gasketed plate heat exchangers of our own production OPEKS under the THERMAKS trademark;
• circulation pumps WILO;
• Danfoss temperature and pressure regulators and frequency converters;
• fittings from renowned manufacturers.

We use only the most reliable, time-tested equipment. Each substation is equipped with an automation cabinet that protects all systems, controls pumps, and a temperature controller, depending on weather conditions. The experience of operating heat stations after modernization or complete replacement of equipment with block ITP OPEKS confirms energy savings of up to 30%. New houses are immediately equipped with modern, highly efficient ITPs. The maximum savings are observed during the off-season, when a sharp increase in ambient temperature from average temperatures is possible. In such cases, the automation of the heating point reduces the supply of a sharp coolant, which is noticeable to the rhinestone from the readings of general house metering devices.
