Mobile substations in a container

Modular heating station OPEKS MTP is mounted in a transportable container and allows to ensure the minimum terms of installation and commissioning at any facility. The design of the container allows the operation of the heat supply unit installed inside the equipment under any weather conditions. The walls, roof and floor of the container are insulated with 50 and 100 mm thick mineral wool. A heat supply unit in a container can perform various tasks, such as heating water for a heating system, hot water supply or technology. Superheated water, steam, thermal oil can be used as a heat carrier. The substation can be manufactured on the basis of one or two plate heat exchangers OPEKS PTA. The thermal power of the unit and the circuit design depend on the characteristics of the installed equipment and is determined by the customer's specifications. Process automation, dispatching and control is carried out using Siemens controllers of the Simatic type of the S7-1200 series or other systems.

• Possibility of quick start-up of the substation into operation, immediately after connecting the pipelines for the supply of heat carriers and power supply
