The change The water heater with removable tubular heat exchangers is designed for use in hot water supply systems. The water in the tank (secondary circuit) is heated due to the supply of the heat carrier to the heat exchanger (primary circuit). The heated water rises upward due to natural convection inside the tank. The heat carrier can be: hot water, steam or regenerated heat (heat recovery system), condensate, cooling systems, systems with solar panels, etc. a short time. The correct assessment of the hot water demand and the correct choice of tank capacity can lead to significant energy savings.
Execution TANK mod. QT / X is made of high quality S235JR EN10025 carbon steel, assembled and welded by automatic welding. TANK mod. XP / X is made of high quality stainless steel AISI 316 Ti assembled and welded by automatic welding. The heat exchanger is made of stainless steel AISI 316 L, “U” type, welded to the plate, complete with EPDM gasket.
Anti-corrosion coating Maud. QT / X 200 ÷ 1000 internal anti-corrosion coating (enamel) obtained by high-temperature treatment in an oven at 860 ° C. Fully complies with the requirements for drinking water according to DM 174/2004 (Italian standards) and the CEE directive 76/893. Maud. QT / X 1500 ÷ 5000 internal anti-corrosion coating made of CERAMPLAST on a micro-ceramic base, used for work in aggressive environments with high temperatures, in installations with solar collectors, with a sharp increase in temperature, in order to avoid the spread of legionella bacteria. Fully complies with the requirements for drinking water according to DM 174/2004 (Italian standards) and the CEE directive 76/893. Maximum operating temperature 100 ° C. Maud. XP / X Completed after welding: weld passivation and surface etching.
