Diaphragm valve with "pilot" high precision low pressure control. This option is optimal if pressure surges significantly affect quality.
*1. Standard external impulse tube. When installing the pressure reducing valve, be sure to attach the impulse tube and compensator supplied in the kit. If the impulse piping is not connected, the valve will not work. (Available with internal impulse tube (nominal diameter: 15 A to 10 A) in various specifications. Please note that the Cv value in the pipe in the internal impulse tube is lower than in the external impulse tube).

- Large size membrane; more stable underpressure control with an external impulse tube.
- The Cv value is high, so the flow ability and control ability are greatly improved; you can use a valve one or two sizes smaller than the nominal size.
- Spherical main valve provides good sealing and reduced leakage and valve seat (ANSI Class IV).
- Pressure control at low pressure (0.02 MPa or less) is possible.
