Air vent Yoshitake TA-22ML

• It is very easy to clean by removing the valve seat, even if deposits have accumulated on the valve or seat.
• The TA-22ML is easy to attach with a vinyl hose. Do not remove the cap during use (see Fig. 1).
• If the TA-22ML leaks water due to a breakdown, the water flow can be stopped immediately by removing the cap and tightening the plug (see picture).

Installation Precautions

• Clean the line of foreign objects and deposits, and position the valve vertically at the point of accumulation of air.
• A place must be provided for checking, servicing and repairing the product.
• When installing the product with a wrench, tighten the square piece of the inlet. Apply the force of the key only to this square part.
• Free the air hole and screw on the cap.
• Use in conjunction with AO-2 air separator for increased efficiency.
• Route the vinyl hose from the outlet of the product to a safe location in case of leaks from deposits inside the piping and to vent air when supplying water.
• Hot water leaks can cause burns or contamination of the area.
• After tightening the plug, connect the hose and lead it to the drain, fix the plug.
• The outlet must be kept in a safe place in case of leaks.
