This series of all-welded heat exchangers features an extremely compact design. The heat exchanger ensures maximum efficiency in a minimum space. Various plate configurations allow for versatility. Twin plates for aggressive media are available as an option. Heat transfer processes in welded heat exchangers of a block design are as efficient as in any other plate heat exchanger, but the absence of gaskets and a housing provides high strength, greater compactness, and lower weight.
Extremely high values of the heat transfer coefficient and low pressure losses are the result of the unique geometry of the internal channels. Special grooves on each plate provide the highest pressure-resistant heat transfer contact points. This design allows these series of welded heat exchangers to be used at high temperatures and pressures.
Welded heat exchangers can be installed in blocks of several pieces, connected in parallel or in series, depending on the parameters that need to be performed.
