Pilot diaphragm valve control with high-precision low pressure regulation. This option is optimal if pressure surges significantly affect quality.
* 1. Standard external impulse tube. When installing a pressure relief valve, be sure to attach the supplied impulse pipe and compensator. If the impulse line is not connected, the valve will not work. (Available with internal impulse pipe (nominal diameter: 15 A to 10 A) in different specifications. Note that the Cv value in the pipe in the inner impulse pipe is lower than in the external impulse pipe.)
