Payment and delivery

The order is placed on the website by the buyer. After receiving the order, the manager contacts the buyer to confirm it.

Payment Methods:

• Online payment through the Privat24 system or Visa / Mastercard when placing an order on the website or after providing the details by the seller-consultant.
• Cashless payment with VAT.

Delivery methods (receipt of goods)

1. Receiving the goods in the warehouse

When placing an order, the manager forms a corresponding reserve in the warehouse, which is paid online or by bank transfer.

2. Delivery

Delivery services are carried out in Ukraine: New Mail, Sat and Delivery. Delivery is possible both to the selected delivery service branch and to the address. The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer according to the tariffs of the specified delivery services.

When placing an order, our managers will suggest the most favorable delivery conditions depending on the product and the region.

Guarantee

The company guarantees, within 14 days from the date of purchase of goods that were not made to order, to make a return, provided:

1. Provision of a purchase receipt.
2. Preservation of the integrity of the packaging and presentation.

Transportation costs for returning and replacing goods of good quality are paid by the buyer.
